If photos or videos are provided to the foundation, it is the partner's responsibility to ensure that the pictures are captured in a compliant manner and will not harm anyone’s rights to data privacy. When the Partner shares pictures with PDJF the joint controllership agreement shall be signed as the part of the Donation letter.
